It is like going back into time. In a very good way. They seem to be always busy, I would recommend getting a reservation, especially on the weekend or special days. Very cozy. Great food. Highly recommended.

The atmosphere is old school, cozy and retro steak house. The food was incredibly delicious, our server was attentive, gave recommendations and personalized based on our needs. The creme de menthe ice cream drink was THE BEST!!!

We went to Jack Gibbons Steakhouse on Valentine’s Day with a 7:00 PM reservation. As expected for such a busy holiday, the restaurant was completely packed and clearly overbooked. We did end up waiting about an extra hour to be seated — but honestly, it was understandable given how full they were. What really stood out to us was the staff. You could tell they were doing the absolute best they could with what they had. Unfortunately, we witnessed some customers being completely rude to the team, even though the situation was clearly out of their control. It was disappointing to see, especially because the staff handled everything with professionalism and grace. Once we were seated, the food was absolutely amazing — completely worth it. And I already can’t wait to go back for a Grasshopper! A huge shoutout to Becky, Katia, Cassie, and Naz. They deserve a big pat on the back for their professionalism, kindness, and composure on such a hectic night. Thank you for making our Valentine’s Day special despite the chaos. We’ll definitely be back!

Our ONLY MISTAKE was we were there for valentine's day. We had a 7:30 reservation and took us 45 minutes to an hour to get seated. However, in a place like this, not only was it worth it but EVERYONE was there for Valentine's day! Nice romantic atmosphere, live music, terrific food and for as busy as they were, staff was fabulous!

Took my parents for their anniversary. It's an older vibe with live music on the weekends. Relaxed environment, and incredible service. But the food...... if you love steak, this is the place to go!! A hidden gem in the south burbs of Chicago. I got the 38oz prime rib to try what i had heard so much about. It's pricey, but well worth it. The bread was fresh! A perfect crisp on the outside and warm, soft and fluffy on the inside. I can't say enough.

This is a supper club in our opinion, excellent. We love that. The cocktails are basic but the bartenders is superb and will adjust to your taste making it excellent. The Oysters Rockefeller are the best I've ever had!!! Their blue cheese dressing for their salad was phenomenal. House dressing is on the green side. Good. The sampler platter at the bar is very filling and is so very good!@

Food was excellent… but very pricey.. our bill was over $300 with tip but we did get appetizer and drinks..we got lobster, lamb chops, and shrimps .both the Rockefeller and stuffed shrimp with crabmeat. Absolutely delicious.. everything was cooked to perfection. Probably one of the best lobster tails I’ve had in my entire life . Very old school supper club.. would have preferred a little more coleslaw and 3 bean salad and maybe another loaf of bread for the price meals cost. There were 3 of us and not enough of the “ relish tray” for each of us to try so I can’t comment if the relish tray was tasty or not. Meals do come with soup or salad and either baked potato, fries or hash-browns.. its an extra $8.50 to upgrade to a twice baked potato which we did. The poblano cheddar soup was also top notch. We split the apple cobbler dessert. We will definitely go again to try the steaks. It was already packed on a Thursday night at 6 PM so you know the food is good.

We (8) were seated in the bar area and I will comment although the pianist was top notch, it was rather loud. We never sat on that side before. It’s fine for booths but I think the table is too big because we had to holler. Lol. Thankfully the food is worth it, as you can see by the pictures. The Prime Rib (melts in your mouth) and is our favorite dish. We’ve been coming here for decades because it’s 5 star delicious and never changes the recipe, so we know we will leave with smiles. The appetizers to dessert were 10/10!
